It is finally summer in New England which means a lot more beautiful days for golfing! Your muscles may still be a little stiff and out of practice from the winter season therefore we thought it would help to pos this video from the insta-famous golfer, Paige Spiranac. In this video Paige demonstrates four stretches you can do to help prevent injuries. Remember to perform these stretches for both sides of your body and to listen to your body if something does not feel right.
